Ooredoo, Lloyd Assurances and SPB, European leader and loss management expert, have chosen themselves as partners to offer you the first mobile phone insurance service in Tunisia “screen breaks”.

This new telephone insurance product offered free of charge by Ooredoo, aims to ensure accidental damage that can occur on the screen of mobile phones for the duration of one year.

This new service will be operational and accessible, in February 2016, to the only buyers of a mobile phone (GSM, smartphones) marketed by Ooredoo Tunisia and benefiting from a postpayed subscription, will allow in the event of a claim to benefit from the repair or replacement of their phone to be withdrawn from the Ooredoo point of sale of their choice. Subsequently a second offer will be extended to all Ooredoo customers.

Thus, Ooredoo, can now ensure the smartphones of his subscribers with the assistance of SPB. In this sense, Mr. Youssef El Masri Managing Director of Ooredoo said “We are happy to cooperate with Lloyd Assurances and SPB in order to provide the best solutions and a quality of service to the height of our customers. »»

According to Taieb Bayahi President and CEO of Lloyd Assurances “This new cooperation affirms our desire to now offer the first insurance service for mobile phones and to offer our customers still innovative services. We are delighted to collaborate with Ooredoo and we hope to continue in the future. ”

Recall that the collaboration, between the Bayahi group and the Tunisian telephone operator Ooredoo, is not new today. Since December 2013, the two groups had signed an agreement under which Ooredoo has become the service provider of all the telephone and data services of the Bayahi group.
