The very first Mall in Sfax will open its doors soon to offer a leisure and shopping center for Sfaxians, but also for the inhabitants of the South Tunisian.
One of the most ambitious projects in the region, announced its official opening on Thursday, October 26, 2023.
The latest generation architectural jewel, ideally located on the main road axis of the city of Sfax, a center of gravity of a high potential region, “Mall of Sfax” will deploy a complete offer to international standards.
One of the main objectives of “Mall of Sfax” is to create a unique meeting space for the whole family. It will be made up of a 8,000 m² Carrefour hypermarket, a shopping mall made up of the best national and international brands, an avenue dedicated to catering, an indoor playground of 2,000 m² and a multiplex cinema composed of 6 latest generation rooms which will open very soon.
The center will be deployed on 2 levels. On the front, an artificial lake and magnificent vegetation will allow visitors to live a unique moment during their passages in this attractive space.
“Mall of Sfax” will present a real place of life thanks to a rich cultural and event programming throughout the year.
In addition, the center will have a large free parking of 2,500 spaces to international standards which will maximize customer comfort.
When it is launched, “Mall of Sfax” will generate the creation of around 2,000 jobs and will provide the region with a commercial and leisure center unique in Tunisia.
