City Cars SA, Kia Motors dealer in Tunisia, organized a press conference on Friday, June 3 to inaugurate its new premises in the Le Kram industrial zone.
Mr., Director General of City Cars, and Mr. Soon Nam Lee, president of the Middle East region and Africa of Kia Motors were present during this inauguration.
New well -equipped premises
Anxious to improve its quality of service and its capacity, City Cars has a new head office bringing together all the trades of sales and car service.
Sis at the industrial zone of Kram, spanning nearly 12,000 m², the Kia Motors signage is predominant, the imposing fully stamped facade Kia Motors suggests a great architectural accomplishment.
Thus, the showroom with an area of 800 m², can accommodate the entire Kia Motors range available, it has the most modern communication equipment, interactive terminals, wallpapers in Fullleed and highly qualified staff for better orientation of customers.
The after-sales service, with a panoply of tools from the most modern, especially in sheet metal and diagnostic, stretches for it on more than 3000 m² and having a capacity 120 entries/day only for the fast service.
The new premises also has a spare parts store with an area of more than 6,000 m², this store will allow City Cars and its network to improve customer satisfaction, in particular by having continuous availability of spare parts.
A pioneer in terms of warranty, KIA is the first manufacturer to have offered 5 years warranty over its entire range to this is added rapid development of the agent network, it will have 14 sales and services at the end of 2016.
Confirming its position at the top 5 of light vehicles for more than 5 years, City Cars continues on its momentum for the 2016 exercise and this thanks to its flagship Kia Rio “the best -selling model of this city segment”, as well as the whole range which was enriched at the start of the year by marketing the Pick Up Upm The Kia K2700.
For the second half of 2016, City Cars promises a lot of new features, notably by marketing the Kia Ceed (1.4 petrol in 3 and 5 doors), the new Kia Optima with a new diesel engine, and especially the Kia Sportage SUV which will now be available in 1.6 petrol Auto box and 2.0 Diesel 4 × 4 Auto box.

The latter expressed her joy at having signed this contract allowing her to advance in her sports career.
