Tunisie Telecom informs its kind customers that the work schedule of its various services is set in double session from September 1, 2016 as follows:
Tunisie Telecom’s commercial spaces are open to the public from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In addition ; At least one space in each chief town of governorate remains open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The call centers provide continuous service throughout the week 24 hours a day.
Administrative services are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
