The shuttles of the island of Djerba, between the Djorf and Ajim, resumed service, today Sunday in the morning, around 7:30 am, following the improvement of weather conditions.
Due to violent winds that had disrupted their traffic and interrupted passenger and vehicle transport on the bins, the shuttles had been arrested all day on Saturday said the administration of the island of Djerba within the regional Equipment Directorate in Médenine, Farhat Laâraj, in a statement to the TAP.
He added that three shuttles will be available today to ensure the circulation of people and vehicles to and from the island of Djerba, the use of the Roman road having been limited yesterday, due to the momentary traffic stop on this road which has been enlarged for some time.
