A 33 -year -old student was found dead today in the bathroom of a private home where she was established. She would have succumbed, according to the first elements of the investigation, to a gas leak.
Civil protection officers went to the scene and observed the death of the girl. The victim’s body was subsequently given to the police, according to the spokesperson for civil protection.
This is not the first time that such an incident has occurred in Bizerte. On December 25, 2021, a 34 -year -old woman and her 5 -year -old child died asphyxiated with gas, at home at the Cité Haddad, in the Ghezala delegation, Bizerte governorate.
In November 2013, an Ivorian student died in the same circumstances in a house in Zarzouna whom he occupied with his compatriots.
The multiplication of these incidents comes at a time when incessant calls call for the acceleration of bice -gas connection works with natural gas.
