A woman was seriously injured today following the explosion of a mine at Mount Salloum, in the governorate of Kasserine.
After being injured by the mine, the 36 -year -old woman was transported urgently to the Kasserine regional hospital where she was amputated with one leg, the regional health director in Kasserine, Abdel Ghani Chaabani said on Tuesday October 15, 2024 on Mosaique FM.
It has also undergone a fracture to the other leg and must also undergo emergency surgery.
