A decree n ° 349 of the year 2025, dated July 15, 2025, authorizes the symbolic transfer (at the symbolic dinar) of a state -of -the -art land located in the delegation of Menzel Mhiri, under the governorate of Kairouan, for the benefit of the public establishment “Medical Cité des Aghlabides”.
This decision is based on the Constitution as well as on various legislative and regulatory texts relating to technological centers, the realization of public and private projects, and the management of the domain of the State. It is part of the continuity of previous decrees organizing the transfer of state land to public or private institutions as part of support for regional development.
The decree is also based on the text relating to the creation of the Aghlabid medical city and the definition of its administrative and financial organization.
The city’s project aims to establish an integrated health center, intended to strengthen the supply of care in the region, modernize medical infrastructure and promote scientific research in the health field.
Article 2 of the decree provides for its publication in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic and its entry into force from its date of publication.
