Tunisie Telecom proceeded this Thursday, July 17, to the payment of the salaries of subcontracting agents recently integrated in its various services.
After having started the integration of El Itissalia Services agents, Tunisie Telecom confirmed this Thursday the payment of the wages of July to the workers concerned, thus consolidating its commitments to the ex-traitors.
Tunisie Telecom announced this Thursday, July 17, having paid payment of the July 2025 salaries of subcontracting agents who were integrated into its various services. This approach confirms the commitment made two weeks earlier, when an agreement had been concluded with the Dissout El Itissalia Services company to guarantee workers’ rights.
On July 2, the public operator had already ensured the payment of wages in June, in coordination with the management of the former subcontracting company, pending the effective care of staff.
The general management of Tunisie Telecom stressed that the integration of agents follows a procedure in accordance with the particular status of the company’s personnel. This process is part of the application of law n ° 9 of 2025 prohibiting the use of subcontracted work, as well as decree n ° 327 of June 17, 2025, which provides for the dissolution of subcontracting structures in the public sector.
This regularization marks the end of a long period of precariousness for the agents concerned, now used in full capacity within the operator.
The company El Itissalia Services, a long service provider for Tunisia Telecom, has been dissolved within the framework of a structural reform aimed at limiting the use of subcontracting in the public sector. This reform, driven by the authorities in May 2025, aims to secure the professional careers of the thousands of agents concerned.
The gradual integration of former subcontractors spread over several weeks and is carried out by direct assignment in the services of Tunisia Telecom, after administrative and legal verification of the files.
