An unexpected visit to the municipal pound of the El Mdhilla delegation pushed the governor of Gafsa, Slim Frouja, to seize the public prosecutor.
This complaint filed Wednesday December 11, 2024 with the public prosecutor at the Gafsa court of first instance follows many shortcomings and irregularities noted during this visit which concerned the pound of the municipality of El Mdhila.
The prosecution engaged relates to the observation of a lack of equipment and spare parts for certain machines, neglect, mismanagement and the absence of surveillance in the deposit concerned.
During his visit, the governor of Gafsa, Slim Frouja, notably noted several irregularities concerning the state of equipment and tractors.
