Despite the current administrative procedures, Wan Li said he was optimistic about the evolution of the file. He stressed that the joint efforts of the two countries will make this major project in the coming months.
The reconstruction of the El Menzah stadium is part of a broader desire to strengthen bilateral relations between Tunisia and China, especially in the field of sports and public infrastructure.
