In a statement published this Wednesday, the Ministry of Tourism said that managers and travel agencies are prohibited from using badges or images aimed at intervening in the dress of summer visitors, or imposing any other form of restriction or abuse against customers. This measure aims to consecrate the principle of freedom guaranteed by the Constitution, while preserving good mores, public order and the traditions of the country.
The ministry recalled the need to comply with the technical standards in force concerning the swimwear, for the sake of public health and security.
He also underlined that it is strictly prohibited to impose linked conditions of sale, whether through the obligation of a minimum reservation and stay in tourist accommodation establishments, or by the adoption of abusive conditions on the fitted beaches and in tourist restaurants.
