The French writer Patrick Chamoiseau will be in Tunisia at the end of February for meetings in Sfax, Sousse and Tunis.
It is at the invitation of the French Institute of Tunisia that Patrick Chamoiseau will soon be in Tunisia.
Prix Goncourt in 1992 for his novel “Texaco”, Patrick Chamoiseau is one of the theorists of Creolity.
Studied at the Tunisian University, the work of Chamoiseau is the subject of several academic research.
The French writer of Martinican origin will be present in Sfax on February 26 and 27, 2025 with a meeting followed by a musical reading at the Maison de France on February 26 at 4 p.m. Another meeting is scheduled for February 27 at 10 a.m. at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences in Sfax.
He will also go to Sousse and Tunis where he will have other meetings with students and the general public.
