Born in Manosque, in the south of France, Hafsia Herzi has just distinguished herself last night, during the ceremony of French cinema Césars.
From a Tunisian father and Algerian mother, Hafsia Herzi obtained the César for the best comedy for his role in the film Borgo by Stéphane Demoustier.
Hafsia Herzi has been at the forefront of French cinema for the past twenty years. “As an actress, she is revealed by her role in the cinema in the seed and the mule of Abdellatif Kechiche (2007), which earned her several awards, including the Marcello-Mastroianni Prize of the Venice Mostra and the César for best female hope.
