A road accident occurred early in the morning of this Saturday, February 1, 2025, involving a truck loaded with domestic gas bottles and a train intended for the transport of phosphate.
The collision took place at the level of the rail line level n ° 13 connecting Gafsa to Sfax and the national road n ° 15 connecting Gafsa to Gabès.
Fortunately, the accident caused any human loss, limited only to material damage.
Gafsa civil protection units as well as the security forces quickly intervened to clear the truck and restore traffic to normal.
