The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research warns Tunisian students wishing to continue their studies abroad against the use of unauthorized intermediation offices.
In a press release published this Friday, June 27 on its official website, the ministry stresses that only certain firms have legal authorization to exercise this activity. He published an exclusive list of 26 approved offices, divided between Tunis, Ariana, Sousse, Sfax, Nabeul and Mahdia. This list can be viewed on the site: www.mes.tn.
The authorities also call for students, all sectors combined, as well as their parents, to consult the “equivalences” section of the site to read the ministerial decree of October 10, 2023. This text defines the criteria of equivalence of diplomas and titles obtained abroad, crucial stage for academic recognition in Tunisia.
The ministry insists on the need to verify the legality of the intermediaries to avoid any fraud or loss of money, stressing that only the procedures framed by recognized structures guarantee the validity of the university course abroad.
