Tunisie Telecom informs its kind customers that the administrative schedule for the summer period 2025 is fixed as follows:
- Commercial spaces will be open to the public from 7:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 7:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. The permanence of Saturday will be ensured from 7:15 am to 11:15 am.
- The call centers will provide the various services throughout the day (24 hours a day) and 7 days a week.
- Administrative services will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 7:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Friday. Saturday’s permanence will be ensured from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
