As part of the fight against drug trafficking, the specialized national guard units dismantled an active network in the sale of drugs and arrest a rapper known in the Ibn Khaldoun district of Tunis, the spokesman of the National Guard, Houssemeddine Jebabli said on Wednesday.
The operation was carried out jointly by the central brigade against drugs and the intelligence services of the National Guard. It has enabled the seizure of a large quantity of cannabis, a substantial sum of money in dinars, as well as several luxury cars used in criminal activities, reports Mosaic FM.
According to Jebli, the rapper arrested is the main suspect in this network. Its identification was possible thanks to close monitoring of its trips.
It should be recalled that the investigating judge with the Tunis court of first instance ordered, this Wednesday, January 29, 2025, his placement in detention within the framework of the consumption and drug trafficking survey.
