The seismic stations of the National Institute of Meteorology recorded, this Friday, April 18, 2025 at 10:33 am, a telluric shock of a magnitude of 3.7 degrees on the Richter scale, according to an INM press release.
The epicenter of the shock was located west of the Regueb delegation, about 6.7 km from Regueb and 30 km northeast of Meknassi where six tremors have already been recorded since the start of the year.
Recall that the INM had indicated, last week, that the seismic tremors recorded in the region of Meknassi, under the governorate of Sidi Bouzid, are qualified as normal and have no danger.
