The regional control campaign recently carried out at Koko beach, in the delegation of utics, resulted in the observation of 40 offenses, including 31 economic offenses. The majority of them concern the lack of prices display and the invoicing defect.
In addition, 8 offenses were noted for work carried out on the maritime public domain without legal authorization, in addition to a health offense. The control services also carried out 16 health inspections, according to the details of the regional director of trade in Bizerte, Sami Bejaoui.
This operation was carried out by the economic control services of the Bizerte Regional Trade Directorate, in coordination with the Bizerte Municipal Guard Brigade, the Coastal Guard services, as well as the National Food Product Health Safety Authority.
The regional director of trade also stressed that, in addition to regular control operations on the entire coast of the governorate, an intensification of the controls has been operated on the shops and commercial spaces located along the roads leading to the beaches.
