Electricity cuts scheduled for Sunday in Mahdia, Monastir and Kasserine

The Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company (STEG) has announced an interruption of the power supply scheduled for Sunday, May 4 in several regions of the governorates of Mahdia, Monastir and Kasserine, due to maintenance work.

In Mahdia, the cut will intervene from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and will concern the avenues Tahar Sfar, Bourguiba and March 2, the Chebbi building as well as the surrounding districts, the rue Béchir Sfar, the Masri building, the corniche building, the street “Enayrat” and the surroundings.

In Monastir, the interruption of the service will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., touching the Palm Links and Venezia residences.

In the delegation of Thala, at the governorate of Kasserine, the cut is announced from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will concern the localities of Sidi Shil, Chaker, Ouled Abbas, Ain Jedida, Ain Hdia, Ain El Hmedna, Amroun, as well as the Sonede site.

The STEG specifies that the restoration of the current will be done gradually, without notice, as the work progresses.
