In Kasserine, two patients victims of acute heart attacks were successfully taken care of by the medical team at the University Hospital Badr Eddine Aloui, thanks to a coordinated intervention via the digital platform “Najda TN”.
The two people benefited from catheterization procedures, both successful. Their condition is currently stable.
The “Najda TN” platform has been designed to facilitate the rapid identification of cardiac crisis and orient patients towards the nearest specialized centers. Deployed in several governorates of the interior of the country, it is part of a broader effort aimed at strengthening equity in access to emergency services, in particular in regions distant from large hospitals.
This first successful intervention in Kasserine illustrates the potential of this digital tool to improve the coordination and speed of care in critical situations.
