Tunisian Ons Jabeur and the Spanish Paula Badosa validated their ticket for the quarter -finals of the double ladies at the WTA 500 tournament in Berlin, disputed on lawn. The duo won this Tuesday against the American Desirae Krawczyk and the Australian Storm Hunter, after a hung match: 6-2, 0-6, 10-8.
Despite a second set with difficulty conceded, Jabeur and Badosa held out in the Super Tie-Break to tear off the victory and continue their journey in Berlin.
In parallel with his double adventure, Ons Jabeur (61st in the world) also continues his journey in simple, after his qualification Monday for the round of 16, obtained against the American Caroline Dolehide (64th), beaten 7-6, 6-1.
