The sixth Correctional Chamber of the Tunis Court of First Instance said, this Monday, June 30, 2025, a sentence of two years in prison against the lawyer Sonia Dahmani.
This conviction is linked to declarations made by Me Dahmani during a media intervention on the situation of sub -Saharan migrants in Tunisia.
It was judged under the provisions of Decree-law n ° 54, relating to the fight against offenses linked to information and communication systems.
