The maritime units in Mahdia found, recently, the body of the young girl who has disappeared earlier during the day following a drowning in the Mahdia Corniche area. The 15 -year -old victim is the third person who died in this family drama, according to information reported by the Jawhara FM correspondent in the region.
The family, from the locality of Amira Touazra in the Moknine delegation, was bathed near the pier when a tragic incident occurred.
The 55 -year -old father, and his 8 -year -old nephew lost his life on the spot, just like his daughter, whose body has just been drafted. The mother and another daughter were able to be rescued in time.
This drama once again highlights the dangers of swimming at sea, especially in areas not monitored or subject to dangerous currents.
